KNOWN ISSUE: Subscription not Syncing
There is currently an issue with some, not all, users new subscription and renewed subscriptions not syncing up across our systems, and therefore not activating as anticipated.
Our team are aware and investigating the cause.
If you acquire a subscription, and this has not activated after 24 hours, then please contact us via a ticket.
This issue will not be rectified until at least Monday (6th July 2026) at the earliest.
