I’m 20 days in as of today. Just failed a at home drug test. BMI 19.1 135 pounds. Drug test for new job in 2 weeks am I screwed? Or do I have a chance still

I got a pre employment drug test in about 3 weeks. My bmi is only 18 could I sweat and piss it out before it’s time or am I screwed. Probably smoked 3 years now everyday. Mostly THC carts. Disty/diamonds usually not d9 or rosin or smt very high in potency
