How do this Carfax report look? Would you buy this 2025 X6 M Competition?

I'm looking at buying a used 2025 BMW X6 M Competition with about 9,000 miles, and l'd really appreciate some opinions from people who know what to look for.
From what I can tell, everything looks clean and repaired, but I wanted a second opinion in case I'm missing any red flags.
Some details:
2025 BMW X6 M Competition
~9,000 miles
Clean title
Accident (attached photo of report)
Single-owner vehicle (trom what I can tell)
VIN: 5YM23ET02S9Z99381
I've attached screenshots of the reports. Do you see anything concerning? Would this history make you comfortable buying the car, or is there anything | should ask the dealer about before moving forward?
Thanks in advance! Price seems too good to be true so opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Ordering a 2027 X6 M60i – Torn Between Ivory White and Silverstone

I’m ordering a 2027 BMW X6 M60i in Black Sapphire Metallic and plan on doing a full XPEL Stealth PPF, so it’ll have that frozen/matte black look (Batmobile vibes). The build will also have black badging, black 22” wheels, and dark ceramic tint.

I’m stuck between Ivory White Extended Merino Leather and regular Silverstone sensafin for the interior.

For those who own either:
Which did you choose and why?
Which interior do you think matches more with aesthetic?
Any regrets?
How has it held up over time (cleaning, dye transfer, wear, etc.)?

If you could order again, would you pick the same color?
If anyone has real-world photos of either Ivory White or Silverstone (especially with a black exterior or a stealth/matte PPF), I’d really appreciate it if you could upload them

Got offered $1,599/mo on a fully loaded X6 M60i in NY – good deal or not?

Looking for some honest feedback from people who know BMW leasing. I’m in New York (Westchester County), so the payment includes NY sales tax.

I got offered the following lease on a 2027 BMW X6 M60i:
MSRP: $110,760
Frozen Black Metallic
Fully loaded/spec’d out
39 months
12,000 miles/year
Residual: 51%
Money Factor: 0.00245 through BMW Financial Services
$8,000 due at signing
$1,599/month including tax

A few additional details:
No broker involved
Negotiated directly with the dealer
No loyalty, conquest, corporate fleet, or other incentives
Custom order, not a leftover unit
Dealer says .00245 is the lowest BMWFS money factor available

For those familiar with BMW leases, would you consider this:
Great deal
Good deal
Average deal
Bad deal

Not looking for broker comparisons, just wondering how this stacks up for someone negotiating directly with a dealer in New York on a custom-order X6 M60i.
Thanks.
