Hi Guys, what are your opinions about Advaith Hyundai’s service centre in ITPL. I have heard very good reviews from my colleagues but the first hand experience has been very bad. Every-time I have given my car for service, they have failed to resolve the issue for the long term. They keep charging me for oil change, break pad cleaning, etc etc. But the performance of my car and the driving pleasure is deteriorating. I am having some issues with my clutch (thanks to Bangalore traffic) and there is a weird sound which is coming from underneath the body. As per service advisor, he is telling me this is normal and happens with all Hyundai cars 😏.
In lower gear, the car is literally vibrating like a truck but this guy says it is normal, he changed a wire in the clutch area and it is ok 🤦‍♂️

I am not a car connoisseur, but I am getting a feeling that giving my car to them is not at all helpful and they are just doing the bare minimum.

How to get help from Hyundai on this ? How is the other service centre in Whitefield, Seegehalli ?
