What is the point of the second and third movies?
The second movie didn't even fit in the universe (remember Leonards line in the first movie- "We have glass, we have wood, we have TNT"). The pigs turned out to be super advanced technologically considering there wasn't much time in between the two movies because the hatchlings were not grown, and the idea of having the birds and pigs team up to fight an enemy that wasn't in the source material (correct me if I'm wrong) is ABSURD. The second movie is just slandering mighty eagle, and brings up a huge plot hole- in the first movie the birds have to travel in a boat to even get to the birds island, and in the second, they use a slingshot to launch HOT SAUCE at the pigs in a PRANK WAR. Don't forget the utter childslop that is the whole baby shark thing, or making the universe "cutesy" with female pigs and children. In the first movie, there are a couple of female pigs but they look exactly like the male ones (for reference, the pigs jumping on a trampoline on stage are introduced as Leonards sisters). Also, Silver makes a bad character imo and RED SHOULD NOT HAVE LOVE INTEREST. Chuck was also pissed that red was rizzing up silver, and in the third movies trailer, they have children. Did no one predict this? What happened to "when birds fly"? Am I wrong? Why couldn't we just have an angry birds space movie instead like everyone wanted instead of the second movie? Or just ignore the garbage movie and make an angry birds space movie with the firsts source material? Why does family birds three even exist? The second and third movies are/will be TERRIBLE sequels to the absoloute BEAK first movie. The second movie did have some funny parts but I think everyone here (besides that one glazer in the comments) can agree that the second movie was pretty bad and the third will be even worse.
