Rejoice! It is indeed possible, with zero effort! The Mazzer Robur burrs, and by extension, the 83mm Weber Workshop conical burrs are an EXACT fit in the Moshi C83!

There was no information regarding this anywhere online, but I measured everything and looked at the shape and mounting mechanisms and everything appeared to match 1:1, so I took a chance. I'm glad I did, they fit absolutely perfectly, maybe even better than the stock ones. There is zero slop, none whatsoever.

The one thing to note is the central nut seems to be 11/16" and it is REVERSE THREADED!

I put it back together and carefully brought it down to the zero point and the burrs don't touch at all.

I bought a cheap wooden dosing tray from AliExpress and I didn't like it at all. Sanded it by hand and finished it with cutting board oil. Was shocked at how well it turned out. May have found a new hobby.

Finally getting a nice machine, upgrading from a Turin Legato that has served me very well for over two years, and a Bambino before that.

Dual boiler rotary pump flow control e61 with dual pid's. The make/model is MDK MC-27, ordered from Alibaba. Can't wait for it to arrive!

I got the black one, but they sent pictures of the internals from the white one which is an identical model.
