Does rental traffic die down after school starts?

My family and I plan to move to South Pasadena this upcoming fall. I’ve been watching the rental market over the past few months and it seems as if landlords may be holding out until school resumes to avoid college kids renting their property.

Is that a fair assumption or is the vacancy rate that low?

When is the ideal time to find more rentals? Dual income of $220k/year.

Exclusively Hood Weed

I grew up in the hood and left at 18 and never looked back. My sibling stays in hood and will only smoke weed from the hood. He gets his shit from the dispensary inside an abandoned church. On the other hand I get my weed from the bougie weed places. I am aware of the bullshit of Black people are penalized by white people that do the same thing. It’s a f—- you to the system but what perplexes me is why he doesn’t ever smoke my shit. Am I offending? Did I miss a cultural etiquette moment?
