good hermit crab food recomendarions

I am looking for good cheap hermit crab foods. I know that etsy has a good choice but I feel like that the shipping is always expensive. But if I have to I will buy it for the crabbies. What shops do your crabs like the best? Another question is where else can I find food like freeze dried. Do hermit crabs need insects part of their diet I have a huge fear of them lol even if their dead but I have been trying to give them some blood worms

I want a slime that is not gonna get me broke but something that is high quality and worth it. I most likely will get a clay diy one maybe, a jelly, and explore to see what there is

hii I have lots of questions about my hermit crabs.

  1. my hummidty has been low lately is there anyway to help fix it and if it goes high what do i do
  2. my crabs are not active yet I do see them come out every now and then but is there ways to encourage them to come out more often and to play and climb? Oh and also how do you guys get them to figure out how to go on the wheels?
  3. I dont think my crabs have figured out that they can climb the boxwood mats yet lol

For reference heres what my tank looks like and what I have for it.

I have a 29 gallon tank with a sand castle sand consistency it includes eco earth and play sand from walmart that is around 6-8 inches. In the back of my tank I have boxwood mats and I have lots of climbing toys like bridges, cholla wood, hammock, etc. Hiding is coconut huts, plants, and the climbing stuff. Another thing I have a wheel I also have 2 water bowls salt and fresh. For food I have a variety of etsy7 foods from nautrally crabby. I also feed them some table scraps that are safe like boiled salmon with no seasoning or fruits. temp is 73-80. Humidity is 88-94 which is high
