I have seen a few people saying that they got promoted or got a hike. Is it true or just false attention seeking statements?

I joined Accenture in Feb 2025 as ASE so when can I expect my promotion or passing Techleap exams helps anyway to get promotion?

I have one major question like I sale time on Flipkart, Amazon Icici credit card gets 10% off or not because if it gets then I'm thinking to close Coral

I'm from a town of Tier 2 city so mainly I uses Flipkart, Amzon and Myntra for almost all categories like fashion, grocery, medicines etc and as I'm from town so local shopping also but not considering that now.

My main priority is like high cashback. Utilities 5-7k and other expenses like 10k per month but in sale time it goes like 30-40k

Is it okay if we go to our nearest location? Because my whole team is from Banglore and my base location is Gurugram but noida is nearest to me so I visit Noida. Is this okay? Because even if I go to gurugram it'll not be beneficial by any means. Because even Noida is 5 hrs away from my home.

But I do visit Noida every week.

Earlier I got all approvals from my management to change base location to Noida but Noida location is locked for base location transfer and it was in Jan 2026. Even now I checked with HR and they are saying Noida is still locked.
