I was getting 55-60 marks while practising past papers but still the idea of me failing was playing in my head when i went to give my exam p12 maths i panicked i was making mistakes on every question i did and idk what happened the time ran so fast i kept making mistakes and it felt like i was attempting a question for the first time like it rmred the concept but still my anxiety and the feeling that i was gona fail grew on me and it turned into reality please help and suggest something as imp papers are coming up so i can conquer this problem
