Looking for advice/hope

Hi, 18-year-old, very possibly and looking more like I am MTF.

I am hoping someone here has advice for getting my parents to accept me and give me hope for the future.

I expressed my feelings and thoughts about being trans a little more than a year ago, and as time has gone on, things have not improved. My parents 1000% love me and want me to be happy, but they're having a very difficult time with this, and I don't know if they're choosing not to face this and burying their heads in the sand or can't accept this and it's eating them up inside.

We don't talk about it much, maybe 4-5 times since I first told them, and it always ends with either my mom or me, or both of us, in tears. She can't seem to wrap her head around the idea that I could be trans, and to her credit, it is a bit difficult for me to articulate how I'm feeling, and I myself still question if I'm trans (I have many a post about it if you wish to read more; I honestly encourage it so you can hopefully get a full scope; these posts should hopefully be the most useful: Post 1, Post 2)

My mom is also very distraught, and from what I've read on here, it seems to fit the description of her grieving, which makes me feel really, really bad. She even told me once that it feels like I'm killing her son. I feel awful about this, and it makes me feel like she'll never accept this, and I can never transition because it'll hurt her too much. Both my parents have told me I'll always be their son and that they will never not use my birth name or change my pronouns. My mom has also expressed fears about my safety. Many other things have been said, and I will elaborate if asked, but I don't want this post to be terribly long, especially if you choose to read the linked posts, which are quite long too.

So here I am. Part of me, as mentioned before, doesn't know if I am truly trans. However, another part of me wants to start hormones and start physically changing; part of me considers bottom surgery and the possibility of having it one day if I so choose; part of me fantasizes about having a lesbian relationship and getting to share that happiness with my parents; part of me imagines my wedding and can't stand to think my special day will be ruined because I have to be the groom and not a bride.

So I am asking, can it get better? How can I help it get better? I really don't want to talk to them about it because it's too difficult. Did anyone else experience this, and if so, what did you do?

Very curious if anyone else experiences this

Hiiiiii, I'm 18 MTF.

I have days or multiple days in a row when I become pretty disinterested in transitioning. Like, I don't really care to wear the women's clothes I own, I don't get much gender euphoria from anything, and I'm not bothered by being gendered as male by other people.

I feel like it's worth mentioning that I, NSFW I've blacked out in case someone is uncomfortable with it, >!masturbate to TG Captions!< which is a whole different can of worms but I lowkey think it's PROBABLY just an outlet for me because I'm not >!aroused!< by wearing women's clothes or presenting as a woman, I do get what I think are >!euphoria boners!< though. And typically the day after I >!masturbate!< I am a bit disinterested in transitioning; this isn't always the case though. But yeah, I've been >!masturbating!< the last few nights because it makes the pain and burning desire to transition go away for a little.

Then, I'll come back to wanting nothing more in this world than to be a woman, and I'll fantasize about transitioning.

Then, I'll also be hit by doubts about whether this is really what I want (this is mostly thinking about medically transitioning, which I know is not at all necessary to be trans, but I lowkey want to, at least I think I do). The thought of my body changing is sort of scary to me; what if I don't look like myself at all anymore? What if I look like a different person entirely? I don't want to look like a different person; I just want to look like a prettier, much more feminine and womanly version of myself.

Today, for instance, I had been disinterested in transitioning for the last few days, but this morning I woke up and read stories about other trans women and saw transition timelines and I became so emotional and my desire to transition came flooding back, while I was still facing conflictions about whether I'm really trans and telling myself I'm a man and I have to be that way and I can't be a woman.

I know this post is sort of everywhere; my thoughts are a bit scrambled right now and idk how I should exactly word what I'm asking.

I guess TL;DR, does anyone else become disinterested in transitioning for a little bit, and have all of their desire to transition come flooding back after being triggered by something?

Needing advice on washing my new tracksuit

Hi everyone!

I just got my very first tracksuit from Ross yesterday, and I need some advice on washing it so I don't ruin it.

I've seen people recommend using a gentle detergent and a delicates bag. I don't have either of these. Will my tracksuit be okay if I use Tide and just wash it by itself inside out on a cold cycle and let it air dry?

Where is the best place to buy Juicy Couture tracksuits?

Hi!

My friend and I really want to buy matching Juicy tracksuits together, but we can't find them anywhere in person. We have checked in Burlington, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Ross. Where have you found Juicy Couture tracksuits? We also do not have a huge budget, so discount stores will be our saviors. Also, we would prefer to have the ones with JUICY spralled across the back, but it's not a requirement by any means.

How to allow yourself to shop in the women's section

Hi, 18 mtf here. I am so tired of pretending I don't want to shop in the women's section of clothing stores. There's some stuff in the men's section that I like, which honestly makes me start to doubt whether I'm trans when I find men's clothing I like, but it's night and day between the men's and women's sections. There's so much in the women's section that I adore and wish I could go shop in myself instead of not even having the courage to stay near it for very long or even look at it for very long.

I just feel like everyone is staring at me if I'm by myself, and people think I'm a creep or a weirdo or a pervert. I've gone with a friend a few times, and it's much better then because I can just pretend that I'm there for them.

I know many people suggest going with friends or just not giving a fuck about what others think, but I can't bring myself to do the latter, and I don't want to wait for a friend to be free. I just want to shop and try on clothes, and buy accessories, and makeup, and live my life the way I want. I know I'm being difficult here, and there might not be anything I can do. I'm just tired of going into stores and hating being there because everything I've wanted for a lot of my life is right there, but I have to observe from afar as all the other women go about it like it's nothing.
