Any advice for my acne? (Mostly DIY)

I have a lot of close comedons on my cheeks, and forehead and also small pimples on my chins that come and go.

I higkey hate the fact that i somewhat feel some sort of disgust or awkwardness when looking at myself in pictures

Back in 2022-2023 I was made fun of my body a lot for being "flat" and skinny in school. I really hated it and started to feel more insecure about my body and my face because i had acne too( abd i still have), i was told to eat more food, to gain weight etc. So i started to eat a lot and force feed myself just for the sake of gaining weight, but i just couldn't handle big amount of food and mostly ended up with digestion issues and i hardly gain weight. This made me start to feel disgusted about my body, i hated my face, especially how i looked in picture, i simply felt uncomfortable and awkward about it.I could still look at myself in the mirror though. And at the end of the day i developed an healthier relationship with food 🥹😃 , somehow feel less awkward about how i look in mirrors and started to accept my body as it is even i something get that weird feeling about it

I hate being alone

Does anyone always get this really uncomfortable feeling when they're alone in public spaces especially when there's a lot of people? Idk why but when i end up alone in a clothing shop or in a parc, I just feel like I don't belong there. When I walk in a alleyway in school and hear people laughing past me, my brain just goes like "they're probably laughing at you" which make me really uncomfortable and checking myself to see if ther's nothing wrong, I hate going outside alone. Once i went skating in the parc, it was mostly empty and I really felt safe and calm, but as soon as more and more people came, i just couldn't bear it and left for my house, that was the first time i went outside alone in months.
