My RCS randomly quit on me today and it’s stuck in “Waiting for activation.” I have tried EVERYTHING to get it back on to no avail. Is my next step talking to support?

Just switched to freedom and I just noticed that my connection and my data reliability dropped from when I switched to them from Fido. I just got off the line with customer service and they were somewhat helpful, but I am still having some connectivity issues (jumping between 5G+, 5G and LTE). What are your thoughts? I live in Clarkson, Mississauga

I am having an issue with my IPhone 14’s volume down button. It was working earlier in the day but for some reason now it’s busted, and I have tried near everything. Is isopropyl alcohol a be all end all solution, as I don’t wanna pays $650+ for a repair, and this phone is working fine
