i NEED to know who drew this because they're my friend now

i made a pony based off of an actual pony from Chincoteague

is there any way to get the back colouring to look better?

a few hours ago I noticed pigmentation that wasn't there previously on my right forearm, it doesn't itch or anything so I don't think it's hivs or something like dermatitis. i was outside and has smoked some dabs prior to my noticing, and was also sitting in the car with my arm wrapped around the headrest behind me.

anything worrying or is it just a nothingburger that will go away later.
