HELP!Can’t make eggs not stick

Got a 3 ply Everyday All-Clad fryer and am trying the heat technique (forgot the name, but the famous one that you get the pan to heat, then lower temp, then oil, egg, etc) and only hot it to work the first time around with new pan. Tried almost everything: heat slowly instead of fast, make sure the eggs are room temperature, make sure the pan is not super hot, cover it with oil (I use olive oil because it is healthier, wait until the eggs turn white to push with spatula, etc. not sure what to do anymore. Is the problem with the olive oil? Then what else to use that is not unhealthy butter?

Help me w/ half bath

This is not a full blown renovation. I just want to use a peel and stick wallpaper (kids really set in having cheetahs in it) a bit of spot lighting and some shelves that are actually functional (for paper towel, toiletries, etc). I may change the mirror too. Ideas with visuals would be great.any thanks.

We have been in ENM for about 8 months. He (M/48) is very flerty and easy going. We started with couples dating and had some good experiences with full swap.

Things were ok on my side (F/45) but the best part for me is the energy it brings to our relationship. Partner is onboard that we are priority and we communicate very well. However, he has sometimes gotten too excited about his prospects (we started solo dates recently) and tends to escalate fast, while I need to get to know people a bit (at least one or two vanila dates) before jumping into bed.

The thing is, I need to move slower, to process things that are going on, and try one experience at a time. I also tend to get jealous and insecure with the way he connects with people (fast and intense).
Any tips on how to deal with it?
Any common stories to share?

Fyi: we are good communicators. I just don’t want to be the annoying one that is always remembering our agreements and asking for him to adjust pace. But I do need us to be in sink.
