Anyone else only have a subtle response to ozempic?

I read a lot of people saying they can't eat enough and feel super full and lose weight quickly.

I'm on 1mg but it seems to only have a light effect on me. Like maybe I get full slightly quicker but I still can definitely over eat, still snack, still have cravings. I've been slowly losing but I feel it's due to my calorie tracking. I still need to use will power and struggle at times, I was hoping it would be more of a support

I'm curious if anyone else feels the same? And did it eventually build to a bigger effect with time or an even higher dosage? I'm wondering if I'm just a slow/non responder, as rybelsus also had no effect for me.

I did 3mg pills for 30 days and was a bit disappointed to feel nothing at all.... No side effects, no appetite suppression, no weight loss but I was hopeful that when I moved up to 7mg it would work. Now I'm almost done 30 days on 7mg and still feel nothing.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so, was 14mg effective? I'm wondering if it's worth trying another month or if I'm just not a responder for some reason.

I've been taking it properly with a sip of water and not eating for 30-60 minutes after.
