I have placed an order for ZHIYUN Smooth Q5 Ultra. But, I noticed that the product has returned to sender a few days back, without me informed and I didn't get any refund yet. I also tried to reach out to the customer support numbers mentioned in the website but no one picks up and event sent an email to store1@zhiyun-tech.com and info@zhiyun-tech.com, but still no reply.

Can anyone please let me know about the refund process.

I’m looking for someone who has a good eye for visuals, understands social media/video content, and is comfortable filming casually on location. Experience with cameras, handheld/gimbal shooting, and basic editing would be a plus.
