$80 for a hat? Am I taking crazy pills or is that not a lot of money for a hat? This is before shipping costs I am assuming. Am I just old? I was a fan in the beginning, but I’ve never bought anything because the cost is a bit high for me.

The planning commission on Wednesday, June 3rd unanimously (5-0 vote) denied a baseless appeal by wealthy homeowners who sought to prohibit affordable housing. The project will now move on to the Design Review Board where, no doubt, many of the same naysayers will show up attempting to once again block the project.
