Parcel not delivered?

Morning all,

Just wanted to see if anyone has had this happen to them before..

Ordered a TV on prime day. Was scheduled for delivery between 4-7pm yesterday, then 8-10pm. Got to about 9.50 and then I had a notification saying there’s been a delay and it will be delivered tomorrow (today.)

When I woke up this morning, the parcel has been ‘delivered’ and received by resident (me), despite there being no knock on the door and me being asleep. I checked downstairs out the front half expecting a sopping wet brand new TV, but nothing.

Amazon support have said that the driver most likely marked as delivered by mistake and the parcel will still be delivered today. I’m hoping that’s the case and it hasn’t been stolen, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Stressing out slightly, as I don’t want the whole fiasco of trying to get my money back when it doesn’t come and having to reorder..

Thank you

Weekend BBQ

Hi all, just got myself a 57 kettle - this weekend having the family round last minute for a little bbq. Thinking about getting a classic ‘butchers bbq pack’ which includes sausages, burgers chicken , pork steak , ribs etc.

My question is would you set the grill up for indirect cooking? Half and half? Or just do it all direct?

Ideally I want it all done kind of at the same time..

Thank you for your help in advance

Le petit porter

Afternoon guys

Looking to buy the E-bike ready version of the le petit portuer. However - where do I start in buying the kit to electrify it?

The reason I’m not just buying electric is due to the fact they can’t ship it to the UK like that.

Ideally want a ‘good’ e bike kit, and not from AliExpress etc.

Cheers all

Sleeping Pad + Tent Reccomendations

Hi guys

First trip was a success! Legs are sore of course but all in all I had a good time and nothing went completely wrong! However I’ve learned that comfort is everything. I’ll be investing in some new bars, and a brooks leather saddle definitely.

However - I’m looking to upgrade my tent and sleeping pad. My tent was absolutely tiny for me, couldn’t move, and it’s not worth it for how heavy it is. Sleeping mat also went flat almost immediately, so that’s a shame.

So I’m looking for reccomendations. I’ve got my eye on a cloud up 1 or 2 for tent, but sleeping mat no idea. Ideally don’t want to be spending a fortune either..

See some pics below :)

Final Form!

So, after some tweaking and getting bags how I wanted them, and lacing the frame bag, here’s my ride for my first overnight trip tomorrow.

Feels heavy, but honestly I can’t think of something in my kit that I could go without considering the weird weather in the UK at the minute..

Perhaps the chair could go, but it’s pretty light and got to have some luxury I guess. lol

Ready for my first overnighter

Ready for ‘London Olympic Gravel Overnighter’ ..

I’m thinking about lacing the frame bag, the Velcro isn’t really cutting it.
