Ive had my eyes on getting the Encyclopedia for a while, and have the Encylcopedia Deluxe Edition already. Does the Encyclopedia have any lore or information the Deluxe doesnt, or vice versa? Or are they both the same thing pretty much, just with a different packaging or presentation? Cuz if it's just the same thing then I dont really need it then.
No matter where I look I cant find anything on the other races, even on the wiki.
Had the idea of the UNSC trying to bridge the gap between Spartans and everyone else, and had ideas of it was possible to give marines stuff like power armor, energy shields, and Orion Augmentation. Or to just give these to the top tier ODSTs. For Orion Augs, I headcannoned that SIV Augs still need people to have the right genetics, only now it was possible for adults to have them. Whereas Orion, while much less potent, does not require food genes, and anyone can have them. Except it would still be expensive, and so only top-tier ODSTs would have them. Along with energy shields, and power armor like the one from Nightfall, that used hydraulics, if im remembering right.
But also wondered, would giving base infantry ruin what makes them cooler. Since lots of criticism against the IVs was that since now anyone can be a Spartan, it made them less special and cool. And marines/ODST are cool because theyre just regular guys facing the same horrors Spartans do. What yall think?
Just recently bought a Joyride Spec Ops elite off Ebay, and checked my email and saw one that says import fees due or have to pay additional charges. Does anyone with experience in this know if this is a scam, and if not, if this in particular is a scam? Im bombarded eith spam mails all day, so im wary of anything that says i need to pay. How do I tell if this is the real ups? Can I just ignore it? I really dont want to pay it. I use my plasma card from donations to buy stuff, so it won't really affect me if I use that to pay the fees. But itll set me back on buying more stuff I had my eyes on
