Hiya! A little about me: I’m pretty shy, so I open up slowly and click best with people who are patient, empathetic, kind, and those who prefer to build up our friendship gradually rather than rush through it. I’m not judgemental. So if your hobbies are a little strange I don’t mind at all. Actually, I love when someone’s interests are different from mine, that way we can learn new things off of each other :)

On the topic of interests, my main hobbies are reading, writing (usually text-based roleplay), and digital art! I’ve been reintroducing myself to reading bit by bit (mainly the classics) and finished my first book in a while which was “The Stranger” by Albert Camus. It made me feel really sad, but it was overall a really pleasant read. I have a few music artists I really enjoy which are The Crane Wives, Oh Hellos, Vashti Bunyan, The Family Crest, Cosmo Sheldrake, Fish in a Birdcage, The Orion Experience, and Will Wood.

Oh, and I’m a Cancer sun, an INFJ, and my Chinese zodiac is a dog. I’m not big on astrology or anything but I know there are people who are interested in that stuff so I’m covering all grounds here, lol.

A few boundary/compatibility notes: No flirting, exchanging photos, video/voice calls, and absolutely no minors. I will only send photos and do calls once I’m comfortable enough to do so, which might take a little time. I’m slow, I have personal baggage, and I’m too wary for my own good sometimes. If you’re looking for someone who is instantly an open book then we might not click, which it is completely up to you whether or not you want to DM me in that case, and if not that’s fine! ^-^ I promise I’m not always heavy, though! I appreciate more lighthearted and positive discussions, but if you do want to vent I'm all ears.

Lastly, I appreciate clear, straightforward conversation. I’m not good with internet slang like “gyatt, 67, or skibidi”. I try to restrict myself from scrolling through social media, so I’m not familiar with most of the latest internet trends.
