So I just requested something like an invitation for OP17 BB at Amazon Japan from Bandai. This is my first time. Do they do this too for previous sets? If they do, how long will it take to get the invitation to purchase and how much box I can buy?

Do people in America and Europe consider buying cards in Japanese? Either singles or seal box
