Sleeping record when?

I know Strava records our activity, but we use a separate app to check our readiness. Maybe Strava will eventually sync sleep data to help determine our readiness for the day

Pro riders finish with high average speeds (40+ kph sa flats). As amateur, mas mabagal ka, mas pagod, at mas mahirap mag-recover.
  • Climbs: 25 KOMs, kasama steep passes like Bessang at Kennon. Kailangan mo ng solid climbing power at endurance.
  • Heat & Conditions: Philippine summer (April-May) — mainit, humid, possible headwinds. Pros struggle dito; amateurs lalong mahihirapan sa dehydration at heat exhaustion.
  • Pace: Pro peloton is ruthless. Kahit "easy" days ay mabilis. Walang "touring pace" dito.
  • Recovery: Limited rest (may 1 rest day), team support (domestiques), mechanics, nutrition, at medical. Solo or small group ka, mas mahirap.
Even experienced amateurs na nakaka-ride ng 100-200 km rides weekly will find this brutal without months/years of specific training.
