Hi all.
Has anyone looked into winter rims for their uncharted. Based upon what I have dug up it looks like 18” inch Nissan Rouge rims will fit. Basically they have the right offset etc but the centre bore is much bigger than Toyota spec of 60.1. Nissan is 66 but a set of CB reduction rings would fix this problem.
Thoughts?
It looks like I could used aftermarket 18” steelies made for Nissans or any vehicle that has a 66mm
CB.

We just got an uncharted and the dealership was NOT very helpful in regards to any info about charging. Basically they have sold very few of them… actually we might have been of the first to buy an EV that uses the Tesla Style Plug. Basically they told us to take the EV rebate put it towards the purchase price and do not buy any is the Subaru charging parts. So now we have an EV with nothing to charge it with. Plus it has no cables adapters etc.
Can anyone provide some clarity. What do we actually need? For now we would like to be able to charge it into a 120 standard plug so we can use L1. Most likely where we will land is a 30 AMP service to do L2 at home. Won’t be right away. L3 we will just use whatever is available commercially - most likely using the Tesla App.
Any recommendations on what to buy for cables? Charger and should we buy adapters which will allow us to use non Tesla style chargers made for J1772?

Hi,
Just found out that Ford has another known problem with premature failure of rear shocks on the Escapes. Wife’s Escape has 45,000 KM and now both shocks need to be replaced. Petty unacceptable for such low mileage and years. So many recalls etc with Ford. Sigh.
Can any Ford Techs answer the following.
