Wurfare: A Medieval Strategy with deep Vassalage mechanics. Looking for 100 Beta testers!

Hey everyone! 👋
I’m a huge fan of browser-based strategy games, and I’ve recently developed my own PBBG called Wurfare.
🚨 Right now, the game is in a Limited Beta phase and I am capping it at exactly 100 players. I want to keep the community small and focused initially so I can closely monitor the mechanics, balance the economy, and gather direct feedback before opening the floodgates.
The game is heavily focused on battles, diplomacy, and most importantly, politics. I wanted to create a game where player interaction drives the world, rather than just fighting NPCs.
Here are the core features of the game:
👑 Advanced Vassalage System: This is the feature I’m most proud of. You can conquer and vassalize other players, forcing them to pay you tribute. However, it’s not just a flat tax — vassals can secretly build up their forces and rebel against you. Even better, your vassals can have their own vassals, creating a complex, multi-layered hierarchy of power!
⚔️ Deep Politics & Alliances: You can’t survive alone. You’ll need to form strong alliances, negotiate with rivals, manage your subjects, or plot betrayals to reach the top.
🏰 6 Asymmetrical Medieval Races: You can choose from 6 different factions to build your empire. Each race has its own unique special unit and distinct economic bonuses, allowing for different playstyles (whether you want to focus on a booming economy or an aggressive military).
The game is completely browser-based and free to play. If you want to grab one of the 100 spots and help shape the future of the game, you can join here: www.wurfare.com
Since I'm an indie dev, community feedback means everything to me. I would absolutely love it if you guys could give it a try, let me know what you think of the vassal system, and what features you'd like to see next.
To get your first vassal, you need to build an embassy and defeat his castle, but you can still pillage your neighbors while being a savage realm(no embassy).
Pillage is easy, you can pillage much stronger opponents than yourself, since you attack the realm(which is usually undefended, unless your opponent is online and vigilant, or has the auto-ambush option on), not the castle/city(which is defended by walls and troops usually) .
Remember to build your economy, especially 4 or 5 upgraded farms(or even 6 in the latest stages of the game)... or your citizens will starve and you won't be able to make progress!
