I spontaneously bought a top sirloin and want to smoke it today. It’s just under 4lbs. Should I smoke it whole or cut down to skewer and rotisserie?

What probes are you guys using? Should I get WiFi and Bluetooth compatible ones?
Our 20 year sandwich prep table is on its last leg and I think it’s time. I’m getting choice paralysis, any brands I should stay away from? I tend to read into reviews so much that it actually makes it harder for me to decide. True, Beverage, Atosa, Coldline, Avantco, Migali, MoTak etc etc.
Looking for either a 93” one or I may get two separate 48” ones so I can have redundancy.
Looking for something reasonably price..I know True is one of the premium brands, but really don’t want to spend $10k+ on a fridge at this time (unless I’m convinced). TBH I don’t think I have 20 more years in me to continue running the deli.

Parents! Need some ideas for a week getaway in early August. Trying to squeeze something in before the school year starts. We all know vacations can sometimes be stressful. The planning, the logistics, the costs, wrangling a 6 and 4 year old. Pretty open to anything, we can fly (we’re in DC). Probably won’t have time for international but open to Canada. We were thinking Mexico but I think we’re in agreement we want to avoid the humidity and possibly hurricane season. Other criteria is being kid friendly. Good food. No theme parks and huge crowds. We really just want to quietly sit next to water and try to relax.
I’ve looked at Mackinac Island, thought that was a cute place and just something different, but would love more ideas.

Are any of the “Amazon” accessories for the Searwood as good as Weber brand? Shelves, grill covers, side tables, grill baskets etc. What do you have? Things add up.
