If anyone stayed the weekend of 5/01 to 5/03 (this past weekend), carefully check your bill.

I was there with a whole group for a conference and today I noticed they charged my card $200. Yes, they hold $200 for incidentals, but usually it's returned after the stay. Well, I called them and they said that I had incidentals...I did not. I didn't use anything in the mini bar...the only thing I used was some little sample lavendar bottle on the nightstand, hand soap and shampoo (which were verified not to be chargeable items). Oddly, the items they said I used only totalled $20...but somehow they deducted $200. Anyway, I took pictures so I know what was in there. I called them and they're refunding it all but it takes 5-7 days (great...thanks for the overdraft on my account). Okay, it's taken care of.

I decide to post this in my groups on Facebook and found out that there were, so far, 2 other people charged for things they didn't use (mini bar items and room service). So, it's definitely not an isolated incident.

My 12 year old shih-tzu has had sundowners for about 3 months, but it was manageable up until about 2 weeks ago. So, we decided to put him on Trazadone. Holy sh!π>>just gave him the dose for the first time and he had the worst "nightmare" I've ever seen. He was screaming, eyes wide open and acting like he was having a seizure. I couldn't really wake him up and his heart was racing. He relaxed after about 3 minutes, but it really scared me. Does anyone know if this is common?

(He also has suspected vestibular disease, but it's presenting different than my other dog did and I'm worried that he may have a tumor. Seeing this reaction on Trazadone makes me wonder if he has something more going on.)

Thank you
