So now what ...

I'll start by saying that I can't keep a cactus alive to save my life so hope that makes anyone struggling feel a bit better... But I've got these ladies(I know the ones not a Calathea but similar).. and they won't quit. I literally water them when I remember they exist, fertilize all the time... They have slow release mixed in their soil and I water with miracle Gro or liquid fish rot ... I water them with water from my creek, from my well, sometimes the water I drain off other plants . The smaller is still in the glass pot with no drain holes it came in and the larger one I have in a hanging planter.. . But do these guys like to vine?... To hang...? What about separating the multiple plants into singles? Do or don't?

Ok, I have several rehab alo that sit in cups of LFSM with lots of holes and then those cups sit inside of a plastic tote thing that I add water, fertilizer to... So was watering and checking up on everyone when I saw a cup that was moss heavy and went to pinch some out of the top. And thought, damn I tore a root...and then the root proceeded to wiggle its possessed ass right on deeper into the moss.. and that's when I set my house on 🔥... I kid.. but I did proceed to remove that plant from every stitch of moss and went thru til I found this for y'all. I'm pretty sure that's not all of it but I haven't found any more . But there's about 9 cups that share that tote and I'm not sleeping til I've pulled them all out of that infested shit. But in the mean time I have no clue wtf it is... These plants have all been cut back to corms, completely repotted and have been inside , inside my bedroom specifically which is making this way worse...

This is one of my box store rescues, but it was labeled as a monstera and I knew that was incorrect at purchase but it was in bad shape and they just gave it to me. I couldn't ID it then bc of condition of leaves so I just cut it down and threw a humidity dome over it. Well it's come back great except the top of the leaves are not splitting(I'm sure there's proper terms for all of this but that's above my pay grade).. all of the ID images I can find show them split. So if they're supposed to split, what are some reasons they aren't? And what can I do to fix the issue? Plant seems really happy so far, this is about a months growth from complete nothing but a firm rhizome/corn(there's actually 1 original rhizome and 4 or 5 corms in this cup)
