Why trains in BR don't have a Press-and-Hold horn switch?

I'm not from the UK so I'm not sure how train horn works there but do trains in the UK not have a mechanical horn switch that stays pressed for as long as you hold it down

If I'm not wrong then trains in TSW allows this then why is it different for all the trains in BR? Do they also behave like that in IRL or am I missing something?

Which one of these mouse would you recommend?

Almost all of them are similar in specs and price, except maybe for a slight difference in DPI. Still, I wanted to know if any of you have used any of these (even better if you’ve used more than one). Which one would you recommend? I find the Toad 9’s digital battery indicator kinda neat, but I’ve also read that people like the Toad One for its longevity. I’d use it for everyday work and light gaming.
