I just got an SMS from Telus saying my high speed data is used up, but when I logged into check. I still have ~200GB left.
didnt even reach my monthly cap yet. However, I was in an urgent and reply 150GB. I wanted to revert this after checking my account, but its after 5pm now and Telus customer service is closed. Is this a scam from telus? I paid when I dont need to and there is no way to reach Telus until tomorrow.
I've been with telus for more than 15years now. I have 9 lines with Telus.
I recently called in to the Loyalty department and asked about porting in a number. My 15years, I was never asked to verify myself via a 3rd party website, asking me to upload my drivers license or passport. Its NOT a telus domain, its amalgameast.reauthid.com
never heard of them and don't care. (This is exactly how personal info are leaked)
I refused to id myself like that, I already gave Telus my pin number, and they NOW said pin is not for validation.
So good bye, 15+ yrs, 9 lines. I hope your stock keeps dropping below 10$.
