Is the return policy explicit on return eligibility? We had stuff returned from 2016 and they got back almost $200 on a merch credit. What is the In writing policy on this because when faced with rejection, the customer will ask to see that policy and I want to be able to show them exactly where it says you can or cannot return 2016 sprays.

We are a mall store. Our offsite is a store that shut down so it is pretty large. They turned off the electricity when we started renting the location. So we have this massive store(offsite) that has no power, no lights, no cameras, no safety. We are expected to climb the 8 foot ladders with the 4 spot lights they sent which doesnt even illuminate all the way down an aisle of storage. My boss is fine with it, so maybe I should be fine with it, but with christmas coming up this is a highly unsafe situation. No one wants to tell HR or contact OSHA because no one wants to snitch, me included. Im just wondering what is the safety requirements, because surely lights are required in such a large location... bath and body works can you please anonymously donate electricity money for our location as a christmas gift?

I got PTO earlier this year, didnt know how to use it and assumed it would last at least a year. I just got more but It says I only have 20 hours of pto. So my pto from earlier this year expired? How long do you have to use it. Had i known we only had 6 months to use it, i would've asked someone to put it in.

They sent in zipline that you always round up and give them to the nearest 5 cents. Is that still a thing? Is there an update to the coin policy?

We took off, and we started ascending, and at a few thousand feet (not even 10,000 bc the flight tracker didn't work) we started circling and staying at that altitude. Pilots came over the system and said the flight will rough and for everyone, including flight attendants to stay seated until they say otherwise. We stayed at that low altitude for a LONG time. Was that normal? What might've been going on? I have never not just taken off and gone up normally
