Help Needed: Philips GoGear Charging Cable

Help Needed: Philips GoGear Charging Cable

I have this old Philips GoGear mp3 and am trying to see if I can get my hands on a charging cable for it. After lots of research, I have found this model is incredibly elusive online: no listings on ebay or facebook marketplace. I also couldn't find a single youtube video featuring this product.

All I have is the model number (SA018104), and a link to the original user manual. What is frustrating is that the user manual says very little about the original charging cord. It also only shows the USB end, so I still don't know exactly what I'm looking for. https://www.documents.philips.com/assets/20231130/205685bfb22b428e9443b0ca00a81f3a.pdf

My mom says she remembers getting it for free as a promo.

With AI help, my understanding is that this device has a single port that is used for both 3.5mm headphones and charging. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a charging cable for this? Thanks 🙏

Can the breath become subconsciously deeper?

I will try to keep this brief. I'm 23M and have been dealing with unrestorative sleep and chronic fatigue/low energy for years. It wasn't until recently that I began to seek medical advice. In recent months, I became aware that my breathing is quite shallow, and that I'm a mouth breather.

I've tried switching to nose breathing and diaphragmatic breathing, but it doesn't feel natural. Is there a way for me to improve my subconscious breathing patterns so that I naturally breathe more deeply? Is this something that can be trained? The goal would be to comfortable nose breathe through the night, which seems very challenging because when I nose breathe now, it feels restricted and like less air is coming in.

Help needed: looking for an old website

I've been away from cubing for years but I am looking for a website I used to enjoy. I remember there was a website that served as an archive of the actual solutions of some solves completed in competition. You could click into a record and see the moves the solver performed. I think I remember the domain name being quite short, and possibly an unusual top-level domain
