Hey everyone! I've been having issues with my friend on MacOs who can't join a 1.21.1 server running NeoForge 1.21.229.

They are able to join the server just fine if it's on vanilla, but not on NeoForge. It says they got disconnected, and in the server console it says they timed out.

We are not running any mods, just NeoForge. They've tried via CurseForge and Modrinth, no success. The server is running over a hosting provider using the regular 25565 port, I've confirmed there are no issues with the server's NeoForge or its connection to individual players, since they're able to join just fine on vanilla.

What could the issue be here? Thank you to anyone who answers.
