So since it is on sale on steam, i decided to blind buy persona 4, i do not know anything about it, and the rpgs I played prior to it are fallout 4, 3 and Skyrim
anything i should know before starting? is there a learning curve?
I am away from my main setup for quite a while but I need to scratch the itch of playing Skyrim, wish I had the old legendary edition to help, but I'm stuck with the special edition. I get around 30ish fps at 720p (i know, not great but it's what I have to work with for a while) and around morthal, idk if this is due to all the grass and whatnot, it dips HARD. (once I look up to the sky it's all great again)
i just need mods to make it a playable experience in every area, 720p works for me, hoping for atleast 45ish fps? i have been playing for around 2 hours with the performance i getz while it's not THAT bad, i would prefer a more stable experience

So, what is happening to me is that my game runs normally (60fps) for thirty or so seconds, and then just freezes for 5-6 seconds, and it doesn't take any input when it's frozen and continues normally once it unfreezes
i have physx turned to low (it won't turn off for some reason) no clue why this still is happening
i didn't have this problem with Borderlands 2
