Incomplete Deliveries

I think Amazon Flex is now flagging missing packages reported by customers as block not finished. In the past week my account standing has been hit 3 times with unfinished blocks and is constantly asking me to return packages.

I went from a perfect standing to just great just in the past week. Which is odd and unusual since i always deliver all my blocks.

Has anybody noticed any recent changes?

Done with fresh

The only reason I ever took Fresh orders was for the tips. In reality, they send you way out to the middle of nowhere, mostly gettos, houses that look like they're falling apart, windows coverd with cardboard.

Grocery deliveries are a premium service... and you cant even afford to fix the fences around your house...

The most annoying part is that you see multiple cars out front, so you know they are home in the middle of the day not doing shit, you can at least try to save money by doing groceries yourself...

I even helped a woman carry her groceries inside because she said she had trouble bending over. (She was fat af) I figured maybe she'd at least leave a tip. Nope...

I'm done. Fuck that shit

Really?? A whole dollar ???

Amazon is a multibillion-dollar company. Its owner has mega yachts and every kind of out-of-this-world luxury. So in what world, and for what reason, would they pay less for Fresh orders?

These have been paying $40 for a long time. What changed?

And before anyone says it, I don't give a shit about Fresh. I usually avoid it because, in my experience, the people ordering Fresh are usually lazy ghetto mfs who don't tip anyway.

But seriously... what possible reason does a multibillion-dollar corporation have to cut the base pay by $1?
