Help turning steering wheel while car is on jack stands

I’m doing my brakes and I need to turn my wheel to access the calipers, how can I turn my wheels when the car is on jack stands? Is there any way to disable the steering lock without turning on the car?

ARM catted down pipe and MBRP cat back

Has anyone ran these 2 before with or without a res? I can’t really find much sound clips on it and I was curious how the drone is and how loud it would be.

I also looked at the CTS catted one and sounds pretty good also or anyone have any other suggestions for going catted or catless for a dp

Rotors and pads suggestions

My front rotors have warped and I wanted to change them out just don’t know what to get as yet. I’ve seen the power stop Z23 kit with the drilled and slotted rotors and z23 pads, or I was thinking maybe zimmerman blanks and z23pads. I wanted ebc reds but about a 90-100$ difference for pads so I’m not sure if there worth. What are some other good options for pads and rotors?

I don’t track the car just daily driving and a few backroad runs on the twistys. Also keeping the oem pads and rotors in the rear as they were changed before i bought the car in November

Has anyone changed there mbrp tips?

I recently got a mbrp for my 2022 GLI and I find the tips to be a bit large and obnoxious, has anyone switched them to the 4 inch tips? Or something similar for a better price. It’s 200 cad for 2 4 inch tips from mbrp.

Exhaust and valve stem seals warranty work question

I went to get my car looked at because I’m burning oil and having a puff of blue smoke on cold start, leads me to believe it’s valve stem seals based on some research I’ve done and the pcv is working as intended. When I went in they said they won’t cover my head replacement due to aftermarket exhaust. Has anyone had there head or valve seals replaced with a aftermarket exhaust under warranty?
