New design concept: “Zulu Error 404” — inspired by hidden history and digital culture

I’ve been working on a concept called Zulu Error 404 that blends cyber aesthetics with the idea that parts of history can become forgotten, overlooked, or difficult to find—almost like a “404 Not Found” error.

The goal wasn’t to make a loud graphic tee, but something that sparks curiosity and starts a conversation. The Matrix-inspired visual effects are meant to symbolize information being recovered rather than lost.

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback on:
Does the concept come across clearly?
Is the design too subtle or does it have enough impact?

Would you wear something like this?
Constructive criticism is welcome.

I’m always looking to improve my work.

Would this kind of military-inspired streetwear connect with people, or is it too much?

I’m working on a new YEBO® San Antone Series™ design and wanted to get honest feedback from the group before I push it further.

The concept is built around San Antonio being “Military City USA” and the idea that military service doesn’t just affect the person who served — it touches the family, the city, the next generation, and the people who carry that sacrifice quietly every day.

The message on the shirt says:

“Built by Duty. Held Together by Sacrifice.”

The design includes veterans, active-duty representation, family, Joint Base San Antonio, the city skyline, the Alamo, military boots, service coins, and the YEBO® brand mark. I wanted it to feel more like a story piece than just another graphic tee.

My question is:

Does this design feel powerful and wearable, or does it feel too detailed for streetwear?

I’m especially interested in feedback on:

The overall message
The placement and amount of artwork
Whether the military/family/city connection comes through clearly
Whether this feels like something people would actually wear, not just appreciate
Price point expectations for a detailed premium tee like this

I’m not looking for people to just hype it up. I’d rather hear real opinions before I decide how far to take the drop.

Would this connect with veterans, military families, and San Antonio culture — or should it be simplified?

Thanks in advance!!
