Me and my family will be coming to visit the spectacular zoo in Omaha and I grew up doing float trips in northern Arkansas as a child. I've never floated in any other state and just wondering what y'all consider to be the prettiest and best river to float on in Nebraska doesn't have to be right by Omaha

Ok so my wife has PCOS and I've got her on a vitamin/supplement regiment but was trying to save her taking so many different vitamins now that we are officially done with having kids and she's really trying to focus back on herself and her body. I'm curious if anyone has taken either post or pre natal and how they felt ? I've had her taking each supplement separate. She's taking inositol, vitamin D and B, omega fish oils , magnesium Glycate , berberine with cinnamon , cayenne pepper , tumeric and milk thistle. The post natals all seem to have the higher concentrations of D and B , omega fish oils and a little magnesium. It would mostly replace her fish oils d and b into one pill plus the extra stuff can hurt. Just wondering if anyone's had any success on how they feel with those vs individual supplements for each
