GC2 rank up game choke

Absolutely devastating, was on a massive win streak and had one more game left to rank up which didn’t go our way.

I feel a bit tunnel visioned because I felt like I played a great game so any advice on strengths weaknesses playstyles etc is greatly appreciated.

Been grinding crazy this season and I feel like my rotations and positioning aren’t the problem and maybe it’s mechanics? I’m just lost please help!

P.S I did feel like I played a tad bit slower than usual this game and took up a more passive role probably from nerves.

Cage setup + heating questions

Hey all!

I’m a first time hedgehog owner and I’m getting ready to adopt one in the next month or so. The cage isn’t complete obviously but there isn’t much left to place other than feeding bowls, bedding and fleece, and ping pong balls lol.

That being said, I have a few questions regarding heatings and other cage stuff:

  1. I was wondering if the lamp setup is ok. I’m using a 100W CHE on a clamp lamp, I was able to find a spot in the corner to hang it from and it’s around 15 inches from the bottom without the fleece in, so maybe it’ll be 10-12 inches once I lay it out.

  2. I have two dual thermometer/hygrometers and a thermostat connected to the lamp which I need to find a place for the probe. I was thinking I place the thermostat probe 5 inches up in the centre of the back panel of the cage, and the thermometers 5 inches up on the left and right panels. I’m a bit worried that the probe could be too close and the hedgehog could try to chew on it.

  3. The little wooden wall behind the wheel isn’t stabilized, I’m not sure if this would be an issue since that area should be a burrowing area where id fill it up with paper bedding and toys. If anyone knows how to stabilize it please share some ideas!

Other than that, the rest of the stuff that’s left to do is to put the litter underneath the wheel, add a small layer of paper bedding and lay out the fleece on top, and fill the left side of the cage with paper fleece for the play area, and add some ping pong balls and PVC pipes.

If there’s anything I’m missing please let me know, thanks guys!

Air75 II + VR04 Opinions

Hello,

I just got into FPV droning a few weeks ago with my current setup up Pavo20 pro + radiomaster pocket + goggles 3. I’ve been enjoying it a lot but I also wanted something small I could fly indoors and freestyle more with.

My plan was to find something I could fly around the house or in the backyard and after doing research it seems like the Air75 II is a strong option.

I obviously dropped quite a bit on my current cinewhoop setup, and I want to have a tinywhoop setup which would have a smaller budget for meaning the VR04 are really the only goggles I am looking at.

My plan is to purchase Air75 II freestyle + VR04 + 480mah 1s 4-packs, and I’m wondering if:

  1. Is the VR04 bad? I’ve heard some good things about it’s latency but also about how it stretches out the CO3 which I’m worried about. I’m also concerned if it’ll be too staticky, I’ve heard I could add a lollipop 4+ but is that something I should get if I’m only flying indoors?

  2. Would YOU recommend getting this setup when I just got the Pavo20? I understand they’re completely different drones but I’m just curious about your opinion and recommendations I’m still very new so please excuse any stupidity!

I’m very close to pulling the trigger but the VR04 situation has me thinking as I just can’t afford getting proper analog goggles.

Thanks all!
