Ordered a KZ Thunder from Headphone Zone during the sale, but they accidentally shipped me a KZ EDX Pro instead.

I understand mistakes happen, so that wasn't my main issue. The frustrating part was how difficult it was to get in touch with customer support. It took multiple attempts before I finally got a response and my return was approved. The pickup has now been completed, but it's been a day since they received the return and I still haven't received my refund.

Normally, I wouldn't mind waiting. The problem is that the sale I originally bought the KZ Thunder in ends tonight. If my refund isn't processed before then, I'll have to pay a higher price for something that wasn't my mistake in the first place.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Headphone Zone? How long did your refund take after the pickup?

Also, if anyone from Headphone Zone sees this: if you're unable to send me a replacement and instead decide to issue only store kredit, I'd really appreciate it if you could honor the original sale price or provide a discount equal to the price increase on the KZ Thunder. I don't think it's fair for me to pay extra because of a fulfillment error on your end.

I ordered the Kz Thunder on 15th july when their sale got live, and it got delivered yesterday and they delivered kz edx pro like are you fr ??, and there has been no response on any emails, no helpline number nothing at all... I would love if someone out here can help me I really dont wanna be robbed of that 1000₹
