Is there a way to automate export?

Is there a plugin that will automatically export the notes to Google Drive in .pdf? I noticed that Supernote uses proprietary file extenstions, and to use pdf I need to manually export it. Is there a way to make this process automatic?

Please help me find an eink device! (2)

A few weeks ago I posted a question about picking between Supernote and Viwoods, and I decided to go with SN (Manta + Nomad).

I used it for a few days and I can see why people love the Manta so much. However, I noticed that it lacks a few features that I need.

What I need: I need to use it along with an AI agent, like Claude Cowork.

1. Automatic sync to major clouds (like Google Drive) or an FTP

2. A note format that can be readily read by the agent (like PDF), not an arbitrary format.

3. (Optional) Sync between multiple devices - like Manta + Nomad, or an app

My use case will look something like this:

Every day, I will load a recipe "recipe_v1.pdf" to the eink device and cook. I will write down a few notes and edits on the eink device that are not already in the recipe. For example, if the recipe says "400F until golden brown", I will write something like "400F oven for *6* minutes on top rack". Then, at the end of day, I need the AI agent to modify the recipe and store it as "recipe_v2.pdf". Next time when I cook that dish, I will load the "recipe_v2.pdf", and repeat.

If I were to do this with my Manta, I would have to export (because .notes needs to be converted to .pdf) the recipes individually (I cook many dishes, so it will be like Hash_Brown_V1.pdf, Scramble_Eggs_V1.pdf, and so on) and sync to Google clouds manually.

I know a lot of smart eink devices implement AI to enhance productivity, but I realized letting a separate agent take care of that part would be better. For that, would need an eink device that can give and take files from the cloud, that can be directly processed by AI.

Is there an ecosystem/device that fits my needs?

Please help me pick a pen!

I am very close to buying a supernote, but still haven't decided which pen I should go with.

  1. The official website's pen inventory seems to be low. Do they have any plans to restock it anytime soon?

  2. If not, are there any good third party recommendations? I actually prefer one without a lid.

  3. What is the difference between EMR vs non-EMR products?

Thank you!

Can someone please help me find the right device? (Supernote vs Viwood?)

I think Manta seems to be one of the most popular eink tablet out there, but I recently came across the Viwood and realized there are a few features I really liked.

My use case:

  1. Mostly for writing and note taking during day: No drawing, no reading. I don't think I need color or back light

  2. To do list & Calendar: I need to manage projects that can sometimes take multiple days, and a daily to do list/calendar to organize my day would be nice.

  3. Searching notes: I need a good way to navigate between notes. I need hyperlinks and hand writing search.

I guess to summarize, I need help with keeping track of what I did on a specific day, and when I did something.

I think Manta fits most cases, but I found a few features from Viwoods that Manta did not have:

  1. Voice recording: I attend seminars and classes, so a voice recording feature would be very nice. I can use other separate recorders so integrated recording system is not a must, but wish at least some way to connect the notes to recordings. I used notability in the past for this purpose.

  2. Powerful calendar app: notes and to do lists on the calendar seems very useful. Also, to do list being in the calendar is nice.

  3. Image insertion: I think with the new devs tool this is becoming more possible, so I guess Manta can cover this now.

Is there a device that can cover these bases, or should I stick with Manta/Viwood and hope that an update will solve these problems?

What is similar to Bondi that has GTX?

I love my Bondi 8, but don't like my Clifton. I've been wearing them almost everyday for the past 2 years, and I think I need to get a new pair. What line up is the closest to Bondi 8? Should I just stick to Bondi and get a Bondi 9? I want to buy a pair that is water proof (GTX), but unfortunately Bondi's don't seem to have them.
