Hey, I am ashamed to admit it, but I am a Jiu-Jitsu guard puller. I am a blue belt with a trash takedown game. There is basically no judo near me. I was wondering what steps to take to make my wrestling better. I primarily compete in ADCC/sub-only rulesets, with a few points competitions throughout. Some additional info about me: I am about 5'10" and 190 lbs. What takedowns would give me the best ROI, and whom should I study?
