1 Room in a 3BHK Builder floor available for rent. Visit this site for more images. Available from 6 July 2026 (flexible). No brokerage. I'm moving out by 5 July because I'm moving to Bangalore. I've been living here for about 6 months. It is an independent house on the first floor. Ground floor is vacant and there's a family on second floor. There are 3 rooms, 1 hall, and 1 kitchen. There are 2 balconies accessible from the room. There's another balcony accessible from the hall. The owner is very welcoming. He used to be in tech jobs but now runs his own tech consultancy firm. There's one other flatmate who works at Amazon. He stays here for approximately half a month. Other times he's in Bangalore. There's a third room which the owner gives away for short term rentals (few days to few weeks). Mostly this room is occupied for less than half the month. There are a few recurring guests who usually stay. All of them have been very nice. I've made good friends with some of them. The place is quiet and calm. I've had a lot of gatherings with friends here. A little more about the place:

• Your private space would be a spacious room with an attached bathroom.
• One of the 2 attached balconies is private. The other one is also accessible from the other room.
• The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 side tables, and a cabinet.
• The room has 2 large north-side and south-side facing windows which lets in plenty of natural light.
• The bathroom is furnished with a shower, a geyser, a washbasin, a mirror, and a cabinet.
• The caretaker broom and mop the room and the whole house everyday. She comes twice a day. She also cleans the utensils.
• There's a cook who comes 2 times a day. You can hire her for your meals.
• Or you can cook yourself in the shared kitchen. The kitchen has a modern gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, a sink, and all usual utensils. The kitchen is always clean. Other tenants rarely use the kitchen. The caretaker cleans up the kitchen everyday.
• There is free parking space for cars/bikes in the porch.
• Dining Space / Living Space is shared.
• Transportation like E-rickshaw and sharing autos are accessible nearby. Moulsari Avenue Metro station and Guru Dronacharya Metro Station are 10 rupee commutes.
• There's a few grocery shops nearby.
• There's a very nice DLF park nearby within 400m.

Rent is 25K per month. Maid, Cook, Electricity, and Gas charges are not included.

The chair has a metal base. It's height adjustable. The arm rests are adjustable in 3 dimensions - height, angle, depth. The base and back are cloth. The seat depth is also adjustable. The only problem with the chair is that the tilt mechanism doesn't work properly. There's a knob to adjust the tilt lock but it doesn't support the weight of my back when I lean back and only stops and supports my back at the last level of lock (~130°). This isn't a problem for my tiny lightweight roommate (~60kgs).

I'm selling the tables at 2200/- each and you can just take the chair for free.
