Hey everyone,
I just arrived in the UAE with my two friends. We’re currently in Sharjah and thinking about moving to Dubai soon.

We wanted to ask if it’s realistic to find a studio apartment in Dubai in the range of 2000–2500 AED/month? Which areas should we look at?

Also, since we’re new here, what are the main things we should be careful about in the UAE — especially regarding renting, jobs, transport, scams, or daily life in general?

Any advice would really help us 🙌
