The design aged like fine vine?

I wanted to share a little dilemma I had recently and the decision I ultimately made.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about selling my A5 and getting something newer. After all, it's 12 years old now, and the rational voice in my head was telling me it’s time for a change. But I care a lot about aesthetics, and I just can't help it – even after 12 years, the design still looks absolutely perfect to me. Honestly, it’s going to be really hard to find something I like more and that gives me this much joy.

I was seriously considering a BMW 440i, but when I weigh it out, the leap forward just isn't big enough to justify the money. It actually got to the point where I took photos and posted an ad online. It was up for a little bit before I had to take it down. I just couldn't let it go. I've decided to keep my pampered Audi until the wheels fall off.

Does anyone else here feel the same? Do you guys also see the A5 design as beautifully aged and timeless?

Suspected Lyme – Doctor dismissed it as an allergy, but it flared up with a fever after a long hike. Need advice!

Hi everyone, I could really use some advice on what to do next.

About 5 days ago, I noticed a red spot on my skin. I didn't see a tick, so I assumed I was bitten or stung by some other bug. The very next day, the red circle got bigger. However, by the third day, it had almost completely faded away.

I went to my doctor to get it checked out because I was worried about Lyme disease. She completely dismissed it, told me it was just an allergic reaction, and sent me home without antibiotics. She also claimed that Lyme rashes don't form at the actual site of the bite, but randomly appear elsewhere on the body – which, from what I'm reading, is completely false.

Here is the part that worries me: Yesterday, I went on a very physically demanding 40km hike. After the hike, the spot completely "lit up" again, turned red, and expanded - attached photo. Also, a new, smaller red spot appeared right next to the original one.

I also had a fever in the evening, though I'm not 100% sure if it was a symptom of an infection or just extreme physical exhaustion from the hike.

Today (the morning after the hike), the spots have significantly faded again and are barely visible.

What should I do? I know that blood tests are practically useless in the first few weeks. Should I just wait a month and a half and go for the blood tests, or should I find another doctor and push for immediate treatment? Has anyone experienced a Lyme rash disappearing and then flaring up again after physical stress?

Thanks for any input!
