Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 12: Ludwig van Beethoven

Welcome back. Last time, you guys struggled to come up with an actual proper winning criterion for Justin Bieber, but u/Weirdguy149 ultimately won by saying that Beethoven couldn't hear him. Naturally, since yesterday was kind of difficult, today should be easy, as we're focusing on Beethoven himself.

Do remember, you need to make sure your criteria is measurable. If you need a refresher on the other rules, refer to Day 1: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 10: Hulk Hogan (ft. Macho Man Randy Savage)

Welcome back. Last time, u/foxyingtin once again got the top comment, saying that Kim belonged in the same tier as Vader. This seems to be by far the most agreed-upon answer so far, and even I personally thought of it before posting the previous one. Today, we're focusing on the Mega Powers: Hulk Hogan, and Macho Man Randy Savage. Which, yeah, is gonna be the rule I use for teams comprising multiple rappers: all of those rappers will be treated as a single entity.

Do remember, you need to make sure your criteria is measurable. If you need a refresher on the other rules, refer to Day 1: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 9: Kim Jong-Il

Welcome back. Last time, u/AntySocialButterfly narrowly got the most-upvoted comment by asking when the last time was that anyone cared about Sarah Palin. I interpreted this as referring to Lady Gaga having more long-term relevance than Sarah Palin (which I'm counting as measurable because Google Trends exists). Today, we're focusing on Kim Jong-Il.

Do remember, you need to make sure your criteria is measurable. If you need a refresher on the other rules, refer to Day 1: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 8: Lady Gaga

Welcome back. Last time, u/Paladinfinitum gave the absolutely hilarious reasoning of not being in "Joker: Folie à Deux" for Sarah Palin winning. Today, we're focusing on Lady Gaga.

Do remember, you need to make sure your criteria is measurable. If you need a refresher on the other rules, refer to Day 1: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 6: Chuck Norris

Welcome back. Last time, Abraham Lincoln was declared the winner (top comment by u/foxyingtin) for properly dissing his opponent, as opposed to Chuck Norris, who mostly just coasted off the memes about himself. Today, we're here to prove that Chuck Norris did indeed allow his opponent to use.

Do remember, you need to make sure your criteria is measurable. If you need a refresher on the other rules, refer to Day 1: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 5: Abraham Lincoln (vs. Chuck Norris)

Welcome back. Last time, the winning comment (from u/vegankidollie) said that Vader won the actual battle by freezing Hitler in carbonite. Today, your goal is to prove that Lincoln did indeed squash Chuck Norris just like he did to the South.

(This is your reminder to make sure that your criteria can be put in measurable terms. If you need a refresher on the other rules, see the Day 1 post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/)

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 4: Darth Vader (Round 1)

Okay. So, last time, the most-upvoted comment said "better impression", which is... not measurable. As a result, I had to award the victory to second place, from u/Training-Desk-391: Hitler said more words in German. I'm not sure you guys understand the assignment. The criteria has to be measurable, and half of the winners so far (Day 1 was tied) have stated unmeasurable criteria. Please, really think before posting or upvoting a comment about whether the relevant criteria could conceivably be put in measurable terms.

Anyway, today, we're doing Darth Vader. If you need a refresher on the other rules, reference the Day 1 post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 3: Adolf Hitler (Round 1)

Welcome back. Last time, the most-upvoted comment was by u/foxyingtin, who stated that O'Reilly had the only clever line: "Ten thousand dollar shoes I used to stomp out a Beatle". This has been added to the tier list as using more puns. Today, we're already getting into some wild territory, as we're focusing on Hitler. If you need a refresher on the rules, refer to my Day 1 post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

Also, guys. The criteria must be measurable. Before you comment, or upvote a comment, for that matter, please consider whether it would be possible to measure it.

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 2: Bill O'Reilly

Welcome back. Last time, the most-upvoted comment to properly provide an objective criterion was from u/Quartzeemer, who said that Lennon did a better job of stating how horrible his opponent was as a person. This has been placed on the tier list as having more proper disses against the opponent's character. Today, we're focusing on Bill O'Reilly. For a refresher on the rules, see the Day 1 post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ERB/comments/1tadege/scientifically_prove_this_rapper_won_day_1_john/

(Remember, the criteria has to be measurable. Something like proper disses against the opponent's character can be directly measured by counting how many lines presented accurate criticisms of O'Reilly's character. On the other hand, the costume thing, as inarguable as it is, is still technically subjective. Make sure to keep this in mind when coming up with your criteria.)

Scientifically prove this rapper won, DAY 1: John Lennon

As we all know, the question of who won each battle is entirely subjective, up to personal standards of what matters most in a rap battle. However, none of that is what I'm here for today. When I say to "scientifically prove" that a rapper won, I'm talking about constructing an objective, measurable, and reproducible set of criteria, which all characters in ERB can be judged by in the same manner, and under which the selected rapper is deemed the winner. The criteria can focus on literally any aspect of rap battling, no matter how absurdly specific. Your goal is to do this for the character named in the post title, and for whatever criteria gets the most upvotes, I'll add the character to a tier list in a tier for that criteria. For this first round, we'll be focusing on the one that started it all, John Lennon.
