Class 15 to 16 is impossible now

Has anyone else been trapped in this Class 15 to 16 hell? For three seasons I've been stuck on my Smurf. The way ranked points for winning is calibrated by total trophies and you cannot play with anyone higher than Class 15 but you can play as low as class 11. Meaning some wins only give you 8 trophies while some losses give you -28.

I don't remember it being this bad on my main but this was like 5+ years ago I want to say since being below golden.

I feel like I could steamroll with flow but I haven't gotten one yet.

This would be more impressive if I had more money

Recently my nephew got an apprenticeship and I gave him all of my tools (as an excuse to replace everything with icon). While I haven't filled it all out yet, I have however finished printing organizers for the top drawer. I very rarely use chromes though so this will probably all move down once people make matching impact organizers. (I know you're in here Geoff)

Shop Chargeback Resolved But Still Banned for 6 Months

Recently I had a customer not see an email about his product being shipped and filed a chargeback with his bank. After contacting the customer he immediately sent the money back to us directly and apologized. However the infraction is still there as I accepted the Chargeback claim since I received the money back that he claimed. Am I just screwed for 6 months or until I sell X amount of products to drop below the 1% line? This is my only Chargeback so I'm pretty confused how I'm not at 1% does it only count sales done through the shop app? Is there a way to contact Shop to submit updated information that the customer did indeed admit his wrongdoing?

Edit: I finally got in contact with shop support, there is nothing we can do on our end, however the customer themselves can contact their bank to switch the status to resolved. I know this situation probably isn't going to resolve everyones issues as this is a unique situation, but this apparently is the only solution.

Bent Knuckle Question

So my inner tie rod snapped at the Rack and Pinion threads while driving. (1999 Chevy Tracker Crawler). Ordered a new Inner/outer, went to install it and all the way threaded in I'm still out of alignment. Spent like 4 hours staring at the underside trying to figure out if the frames bent or what could be going wrong. I kept the old tie rods together so I could match the lengths for a rough alignment and the new one is shorter, but still not short enough to be aligned. Finally I see that the tie rod arm on the knuckle is twisted inwards.

Can I just cut like an inch off the inner tie rod threads and be good to go? I drive like 45 minutes to our camp site where we use it. I know for sure I can get it perfectly aligned with that, but will the slightly bent knuckle arm be a big issue?
