I just started tirzepatide (1.2 ml twice a week for four weeks for now) today. It is through Hallandale pharmacy. How long does it usually take to kick in?

I am dry dry but I live in Muggy Maryland and need something that will get the stench off and moisturize afterwards. It’s very humid so I def don’t need my heavy stuff that I use in the winter (cetaphil). What shower soap (bar or body wash) smells good and leaves feeling clean? I use dove but in the summer I need something with a little more scent. And i’ve been toying with trying a body oil to soothe my skin - coconut or jojoba? Or another?

I am totally new to this world and am wondering where is the cheapest compounded tirzepatide? I got a quote of $279 through Remedy Meds (after first months savings of $120) which seems steep??
