Ordering from Germany
I am not living in Germany but would like to ask a friend to order.
Question: if you order from Germany, the price displayed on the product page is with or without taxes?
Thank you.

Do they use latin now as language? Aliexpressus sounds so latin.
(Answer - just in case: it is an ad from Aliexpress-US)
For those who still use a Dell Inspiron 530s. What OS do you run on it?
I bought mine in 2006 or 2008. It still seems to be OK. The only thing I changed was moving from a HDD to a SSD. I thought I could make it less noisy. Unfortunately the noise comes mainly from the fan not from the HDD.
It now runs Ubuntu 2018.04 Pro. Pro serves security patches until 2028. I hope I can run it until Pro subscription expires. Then I need a new PC.
A newer Ubuntu (2022.04) didn't work well because of Wayland (as I was told) so I had to reinstall the 2018 version.
Please tell me: does it count as a vicious circle or do I need to make it more vicious by creating a 3D helix?
Possible uses:
This nib was born as an EF Jowo steel nib but became an XXXF nib during a short stay in Spain. XXXF is a needlepoint nib and lays down a line of about 0.1mm.
That transformation happened at fpnibs.com - thanks to Pablo and Esther.
One filling lasts for at least one aeon.
For a photo of a writing sample, see the comments. Sorry, I forgot it when publishing the nib photos.
This pen is beautiful and its nib writes very well - just too broad for my taste. I wish it would be EF not M.
Automod told me to name the pen: Waterman C/F Barleycorn Gold* with an 18k nib. I have also the corresponding ballpen
* I don't know if this is the correct model name.
Waterman are my go-to inks for all my notebooks and loose-leaf.
Around 2017, I mainly used Parker Quink but around 2020 it had became very expensive here in Japan.
I always buy for emergencies. So, when I saw it at LaCouronneDuComte very cheap, I ordered such an amount that they contacted me and asked if there was a typing mistake.
(It is a two-layer pack, btw.)
The picture shows a set of mechanical pencils from 0.3 to 3 mm which I recently bought on an Aliexpress sale event - from top 0.5, 1.3, 0.9, 0.3, 2.0, 0.7 and 3.0 mm. They actually write quite well.
But I also have a few 0.2 mm pens from Japan.
What do you think: should the help of AI in literature be acknowledged by an author?
Sometimes it is easy to see - e.g. when someone publishes several stories a 20 pages per week, I would be surprised if that could happen without AI.
Long before AI, I heard the rumour that some big name authors used ghost writers to get a first draft and then rewrite the draft in the author's style. True or not, I don't know.
