Has anyone tried Freed AI? Looking for feedback

Genuinely curious what people think of Freed AI. I've seen it come up a few times but the reviews I find are either glowing or vague. Looking for something in between from someone who uses it regularly.

ClinicFrame. Real user experiences?

We're currently using a different tool for clinical documentation and considering switching to ClinicFrame. Before we go through the hassle of migrating, I want to hear from people who've actually made a similar switch.

What made you choose it and has it lived up to expectations? Would you make the same decision again?

Barefoot shoes waterproof enough for rainy daily use?

Barefoot shoes waterproof options are confusing me because every brand seems to define waterproof differently. I live somewhere rainy, so water resistance is not really enough if I'm walking to work or taking the dog out.

At the same time, I don't want a shoe that loses the whole barefoot feel. Some waterproof barefoot shoes look much thicker and stiffer, and I'm also worried about them getting sweaty or slippery on wet pavement.

If you've worn waterproof barefoot shoes through real rain, did they actually keep your feet dry? I'd love to know whether they still feel flexible or if waterproofing makes them feel like regular boots.

Wide toe box, Xero Drop, but not barefoot

I’m looking for recommendations for stylish sneakers with a wide toe box and zero drop, but without the minimalist “barefoot” feel.

I’ve been enjoying Altra, Xero, and Allbirds, but I’d like something more versatile and travel-friendly for different terrain. I’ve also found traditional Reebok and Nike sneakers uncomfortable after a full day.

I’m considering Birchbury, but they still seem more barefoot-oriented than what I want. I’m in my mid-20s and would love something as aesthetic as possible, ideally similar to Common Projects.

Any recommendations?

Minimalist running shoes for someone starting slow?

Minimalist running shoes interest me because regular running shoes feel bulky, and I like the idea of my feet moving more naturally. I'm not trying to run marathons, just short easy runs a few times a week.

I know the transition is the big issue. I've seen enough warnings about calf pain, foot fatigue, and doing too much too soon that I'm trying to be careful. I'm also not sure whether to start with a very thin sole or something more protective.

If you switched to minimalist running shoes, what did your first month look like? Did you mix them with regular shoes, or completely change your running style from day one?

Compliant reviews. Anyone actually using it?

Our team has been going back and forth on whether to adopt Compliant and I'm trying to gather as much real world feedback as possible before we make a decision.

The marketing materials are polished but I've been burned before by tools that looked great in a trial and fell apart in actual use. Specifically I'm wondering about the accuracy of clinical note generation, how it handles edge cases, what the support is like when something goes wrong, and whether the pricing makes sense at scale.

If you've been using it for a few months or longer, your perspective would be really valuable. Both the good and the not so good.

Peak Footwear Barefoot Shoes , Any Reviews?

Has anyone tried Peak Footwear's barefoot shoes? I keep seeing their Facebook ads and want to know if they're legit before buying. I contacted them with a question but haven't received a reply.

If you've had any experience with them, or can recommend affordable barefoot shoes. I'd appreciate your suggestions.

PureStep vs. Natur Contact: same shoes?

I bought PureStep shoes after seeing an Instagram ad. They're comfortable, but the finish isn't great, there was visible glue around the soles. After several months, they're holding up well. I also found Natur Contact selling what appears to be the exact same shoes, so they may be white-label products from the same manufacturer.

Barefoot Shoes for Kids: Recommendations?

What barefoot shoes do you use for your kids?

My 2-year-old wears Merrell Bare Steps H2O, and I recently tried a budget wide-fit pair from Amazon (STQ). I like barefoot shoes but don’t want to spend much on pricey brands like Vivobarefoot since toddlers outgrow them quickly.

Also, regular socks work for us, toe socks with a 2-year-old sound impossible!

Would love your favorite brands and tips.

Popular picks:

  • Budget: Whitin, Hobibear, Saguaro, Kubua
  • Quality: Splay, Ten Little, Softstar, See Kai Run
  • International: Be Lenka, Froddo, Koel, BGreater

Tip: Look for used Vivobarefoot on eBay or Facebook BST groups.

Barebarics reviews? Do they feel like real barefoot shoes?

Barebarics is a really interesting concept. They look like trendy and chunky streetwear sneakers, but they still have zero drop and a wide toe box.

Because of the chunky look, the sole is thicker and much stiffer than a traditional barefoot shoe. You lose a lot of ground feel, and they took about three weeks to break in before they stopped rubbing my heels.

I wouldn't call them a true barefoot shoe, but they are a fantastic compromise if you want the foot health benefits without the minimalist aesthetic.

Poor return policy and customer service

Think twice before purchasing from Earthing Harmony. In my experience, the company did not honor its stated return policy. When I requested a return for an unworn pair of shoes, I was offered only a 10% refund. After declining, my return requests were ignored.

Customer service appears to be automated, the phone number was never answered, and the online return portal was unhelpful. The company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and has received numerous customer complaints.

The shoes were also disappointing in quality and, in my opinion, were not worth the price.

Origo everyday sneaker review

I was really happy when I first found these shoes. They have the style I like, they're comfortable, and the slightly thicker sole than my Vivobarefoot shoes makes them great for everyday city walking.

The canvas fabric is the biggest disappointment. It ripped from the normal force of putting the shoes on. This happened with two pairs in a row, the first within a month, and the replacement in less than 10 days.

I also submitted a review on Origo's website, but it never appeared, which made me question the brand's transparency. I'm sharing my experience here so others know what to expect.
